Class teaches integration of strength and balance from the spine-out. Builds strength at the true core muscles of the spine and shoulders and teaches integrated movement in motocross postures.

This class will improve your posture, strength, balance, flexibility, coordination and breathing including strengthening your cardiovascular system. Class applies to all ages and ability levels.

Great for riders who suffer with arm pump and want to get rid of it once and for all, want to lose weight, improve their peak performance or endurance, recovering from injuries, improve flexibility and agility, reduce injuries when riding.

You will experience noticeable results in 3 weeks.
